Online part-time programme
A non-degree study programme to gain the basic principles of Maharishi Ayurveda and its advanced knowledge and application in the fields of self pulse-reading, prevention, diet, digestion, nutrition, and yoga asanas.

Persons who are nether seeking a University degree nor wanting to become natural health practitioners, can take the courses listed below for their own personal health and development:

  • Self Pulse-Reading
  • Prevention Oriented Health Care
  • Diet, Digestion, and Nutrition
  • Yoga Asanas and Pranayama
  • Human Physiology: Expression of Total Natural Law (Veda) levels I and II
Self Health Care courses consist of modules of about 80 hours each (50 hours online presence and 30 hours self-study/practice) that one can take at its own pace.
